HenLantern – DIY Chicken Lantern with Shower Puff

Meet HenLantern – a cute little chicken lantern you can make in an evening! 🐔   The glowing body is a simple shower puff with a battery-powered micro LED string light wrapped around it. The printed parts turn it into a hen: a multicolor head, tail feathers and two little feet. Everything is attached with super glue, so there is no complicated assembly.   WHAT YOU NEED 4 printed parts (included): head (multicolor), tail feathers, 2 feet 1 shower puff (mesh sponge) 1 micro LED string light (battery powered) Super glue HOW TO BUILD  Print all four parts.  Wrap the micro LED string around the shower puff (or tuck it inside) so it glows evenly through the mesh.  Glue the head, tail feathers and feet to the puff with super glue.  Switch on the lights and hang it up! Perfect for lantern season, St. Martin's Day, kids' rooms, a cozy window or as a cute handmade gift. 💜   PRINT SETTINGS  Nozzle: 0.4 mm  Layer height: 0.2 mm  No supports needed  Print flat on the build plate  Material: PLA (printed with Sunlu PLA)  The head is printed in multiple colors (filament color changes in Bambu Studio)  Bambu Lab A1 Mini compatible SAFETY NOTE Use LED lights only – never real candles or tealights.
