Instead of leaving tools scattered across your workbench or stored in separate boxes, every tool has its own dedicated place, making it easier to find, use, and put away.    I consider these tools an essential part of any 3D printing maker's toolkit. They complement the tools I use even more frequently, which are organized in DeskModule 01 - H3C Tool & Accessory Station This project was developed alongside DeskModule 01 — H3C Tool & Accessory Station, which is also available on MakerWorld. Together, they form a coordinated workspace designed to keep your most frequently used tools and printer accessories always within reach. The project also explores the multicolour printing capabilities of the Bambu Lab H3C, combining functional design, integrated colours, fine details, and a refined, product-like finish.   Both modules, the H3C Tool & Accessory Station also include some accessories for the third generation os bambu lab printers.Part of the DeskModule Collection Two modules. DeskModule is a collection of two independent but complementary organizers: DeskModule 01 — H3C Tool & Accessory Station: Dedicated to H3C accessories, PrintTools, hotends, maintenance tools, and printer components. DeskModule 02 — Maker's Supply Tool Organizer (this project): Designed for everyday tools from the Bambu Lab Maker's Supply collection, including screwdrivers, drill bits, pliers, files, and trimming tools. Both modules share a consistent design language, similar dimensions, and coordinated visual details. DeskModule 02 includes dedicated compartments for five Maker's Supply tool kits: Screwdriver Kit: Dedicated storage for the screwdriver handle and interchangeable bits. Professional Trimming Tool Kit: Organized spaces for trimming and finishing tools. Needle File Set: Individual holders to keep the files accessible and organized. Long Nose Pliers: A dedicated compartment that keeps the pliers securely positioned. Hand Drill Kit: Storage for the hand drill and its drill bits, with integrated size markings. An additional multipurpose pocket provides convenient storage for other small tools, accessories, or frequently used items. Each area has been designed around the dimensions and accessibility requirements of its corresponding tools, helping to keep everything organized without unnecessarily increasing the module's footprint. Functional Design Meets Multicolour Printing DeskModule 02 was developed with the Bambu Lab H3C in mind, taking advantage of its multicolour printing capabilities to achieve a clean, refined appearance. Colours are not used simply for decoration. They help distinguish the different tool groups, identify storage areas, and improve the overall visual organization. Labels, symbols, and small details are integrated directly into the printed components, eliminating the need for additional stickers or identification plates. I've included 2 main print profiles:Standard: All printed parts are configured for 0.4 mm nozzles, including lettering, fine details, and multicolour elements. Advanced: Using different nozzle diameter. 0,2 for detail like text, and 0,4mm for the main bodies. Special attention was given to tolerances, tool accessibility, surface quality, and the fit between components. The result is a practical organizer that looks and feels closer to a finished consumer product than a conventional collection of 3D-printed tool holders.   A Modular Workspace One of the main objectives behind the DeskModule collection was to create a flexible organization system without forcing users to print components they might not need. DeskModule 02 works perfectly as a standalone organizer. However, when combined with DeskModule 01, it becomes part of a larger, coordinated workstation that brings together your Maker's Supply tools and the accessories required for everyday H3C operation and maintenance. The two modules have similar footprints and share the same visual design language, allowing them to sit naturally side by side. Two independent projects, designed to work better together. Before Printing Check the filament mapping for each build plate and ensure that it matches the materials and colours available on your printer. The multicolour configuration is designed to provide a refined appearance while making the different tool compartments easy to identify. However, you are free to choose your own colour combination to match your printer, workspace, or personal preferences. All components are designed for standard 0.4 mm nozzles, keeping the project accessible without requiring additional nozzle diameters.
