Thermoformed gift box

I created this stunning thermoformed gift box for Christmas. Unlike many other gift boxes, this one is designed so that no seams are visible—everything is completely covered. Print several of these to hold small gifts or candies, and hang them on your Christmas tree. You can also incorporate different patterns, as shown in the photos; simply change the pattern type within the Bambu Studio slicer. I’ve included a video with instructions, but the process is very straightforward—all you need is a standard hair dryer.     The box itself must be printed in PLA, as it is highly heat-sensitive and therefore easier to thermoform. For the mold, I recommend using ASA—which is very heat-resistant—though PETG is a suitable alternative.
