Descripción

A little Christmas tree that keeps a secret. It looks like a Christmas tree standing on a gift box. Inside the tree is a hidden tube for money, and it only opens with the right 4-digit code. How it works Roll up a few banknotes and drop them into the tube on top of the gift box. Slide the tube up into the tree and spin the four tiers to hide the code. To open it, turn the tiers until the right four digits line up on the yellow ribbon, then pull the gift box down. The money comes out with it. Wrong code? It stays shut, however hard you pull. I'd love to see your colours and the questions you come up with!Make the gift a game 🎁 Put money inside, set a code only your family knows, and hand it over with a question: "What year was Dad born?" The code is Dad's birth year. "What year did Mom and Dad get married?" "What's the date of Christmas?" 1225 "What year did we get the dog?" Or hide the code in a card, a riddle, or a treasure hunt under the tree. There are 10,000 possible codes, so guessing takes a while 😉   Great for Christmas money for kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews A savings box a child can only open when they've earned the code Secret Santa and office gift exchanges Hiding a small surprise: a love note, a folded gift voucher, a ring A Christmas decoration that stays on the shelf all season Features 4-digit combination lock with 10,000 possible codes. Change the code for every new gift. No tools needed: open it, take the top off and reset the code. The top is locked too. While the money is inside, the cone can't be twisted off. The only way in is the code. Prints on any printer, no AMS. Every part is one colour. The digits, ribbons and star are separate pieces you glue in, and each digit only fits its own spot. No supports needed on any part. Gift box base: it's also the handle you pull, and its ribbon shows where to read the code. Size 160 mm tall, with a 96 mm wide bottom tier and a 44 mm gift box. The hidden tube is 22 mm wide and 115 mm deep, enough for a roll of banknotes or a small surprise. Parts: 59 pieces, 4 colours, 5 plates Green: 4 tiers, inner housing, cone White: 40 digits (4 sets of 0–9), 4 code rings Red: money tube with gift box, 4 teeth Yellow: star, ribbon band, ribbon strip, lid ribbon Print 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, supports off. Add a brim to the cone only, since it prints upside down on its tip. PLA Silk makes the tree shine. The housing and code rings are hidden inside, so any PLA or PETG works. Turn on elephant-foot compensation and print at 100% scale so the parts fit together. The teeth are small, so print one or two spares. Assembly (super glue) Digits: glue them into the tier pockets, 0–9 from left to right. Teeth: push each tooth into a window on the front of the money tube, flat side down, and glue it. Let the glue dry. Gift box: slide the ribbon band up from the bottom until it stops, and glue it. Glue the ribbon strip into the front groove and the short piece onto the lid. Star: glue it into the top of the cone. Set the code (example 2026: top tier 2, then 0, 2, 6) Stand the housing on its base with the slot facing you. Drop a code ring onto it, gap lined up with the slot. Lower the bottom tier with your last digit facing front, and let it settle over the ring. Repeat for the next three tiers, working up to the top one. Lock the cone: line up its 3 tabs with the 3 slots at the top, push down and turn it a little clockwise. Keep the code showing and push the money tube in from below, ribbon facing front. Then scramble the digits. Open: turn the tiers to the code on the ribbon, hold the tree and pull the gift box down. Change the code: open it and take the tube all the way out. Twist the cone counter-clockwise, lift it off, lift off the tiers and reset the rings. Troubleshooting Tube slides stiffly: lightly sand the seam line on the tube. Cone won't twist: take the tube out first, because it holds the cone locked.
