The Mayor of Halloween Town   As a request from a user and a fun one to model, The Mayor of Halloween Town, inspired by the character from The Nightmare Before Christmas. This figure captures the ever indecisive and in confident “acting” Mayor of Halloween town, with his two faces, iconic body shape and dont forget his megaphone! His head sits ontop, not glued but positioned perfectly so his head can spin to display whichever face you are in the mood for!   Perfect for Nightmare before Christmas lovers, or as a general decoration for the spooky season, or all year round! NO AMS, printed in parts and assembled, all that is needed is some time and some glue to keep everything together permenently. The face has some very very small parts, and some thin parts, so printing slowly and making sure your bed is clean will help alot! You are free to scale everything up to make assembley easier.   The main figure stand at a 27cm with his hat (very tall hat) the main body of the figure is 18cm tall roughly.  AMS PROFILES ARE AVAILABLE   IMPORTANT ASSEMBLEY INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ: The white part of the blue eye goes in from the back so install before gluing eye in the socket.  Be very carefull with the lips and they are thin and fragile, push them onto the teeth in both instances before pushing them into the face. The spider is tough to get in all the way but does go in with some pursuasion. The megaphone handles should be glued in place in the hand then the megaphone will sit on top with the handles pushed into the holes made for them. Black parts of the pink eyes are small but are tapered so get the tapered end in the hole then use somthign solid to push them as far in as they will go.    Assembley is simple but be patient, rushing and not allowing things to sit properly will lead to small parts falling out.   📌 Recommended printing settings: Material: PLA Layer height: 0.16 mm Infill: 15% - 8% on main body Nozzle: 0.4mm supports where nessesary - I have tried to make it so all have a surface contacting the plate however due to the detail and complexity of the modeling they sometimes require alot of support, so be aware and be carefull during support removal. Use a naked flame gentley and for short intervals to clean surfaces after removal   Assembly – Recommended Method on multipart models Dry fit: Assemble all parts without glue to check alignment and fit. Cleanup: Lightly deburr edges and pegs where nessesary with a file/modeling tool to ensure uniform contact. All parts are tested and fit together. Optional fix: Use glue for permanent assembly.
