Thermoformed Santa Boot

I designed a thermoforming mold to transform a flat, 3D-printed Santa boot into a charming, three-dimensional Christmas decoration, perfect for adding a festive touch to your holiday celebrations. Using a hairdryer, the printed piece is gently heated and shaped over the mold using the thermoforming technique. Once cooled, it retains its final shape, creating a delightful Santa boot that can be used as a festive candy container for sweets, chocolates, and other Christmas treats, or as a unique Christmas decoration.
