Thermoformed Snowman

I designed a thermoforming mold that transforms a flat, 3D-printed snowman into a charming, three-dimensional Christmas decoration that can also be used as a candy container.   Using a hairdryer, the printed piece is gently heated and then shaped over the mold using the thermoforming technique. Once cooled, it takes on its final shape, creating a delightful snowman perfect for holding candies, chocolates, or other festive treats. The snowman comes in two configurations: one featuring a snow base that allows it to stand upright, making it a lovely addition to your Christmas decorations, and another designed to be hung on a Christmas tree or mounted on a wall, adding a festive touch to any space.
