No slipping, no glue. The Master is a friction fit. Print settings (tested on the A1 mini) Profile: 0.12mm Fine, 0.4 nozzle Material: PLA Supports: none Walls and infill: default (2 walls, 15%) Orientation: upside down with the top on the bed, already oriented in the file Print time: about 53 min for all 8 caps, about 7 g of filament Tips Clean the plate with dish soap before printing, because the Mini caps are tall and stand on a small footprint. If you still have trouble, add a 3 mm brim to the Minis only. If the fit is too tight, set XY hole compensation to +0.05 to +0.10 mm. If it’s too loose, use a negative value. This depends a bit on the filament. Optionally, fill the Master’s pointer groove with a paint marker. Installation Push the caps straight onto the stock knobs.
