1/12 Scale Modular Basement Diorama

The next addition to my growing 1/12 Scale Modular Diorama Collection is here! This time we're heading underground with a modular basement designed for action figure displays, toy photography, and custom diorama setups. The idea behind this project is to create a flexible building system where different environments can be combined, expanded, and customized to suit your collection. The basement features a spacious interior with concrete-style walls and flooring, a staircase with railings, and a modular construction that allows you to arrange the layout to suit your needs. Features 1/12 Scale: Designed primarily for 6-inch action figures, including Mafex, Marvel Legends, SH Figuarts, Mezco, and similar figure lines. Modular Construction: Separate wall and floor sections allow you to build and expand your environment. Staircase and Railings: Create realistic access between different levels of your diorama. Customizable Interior: Plenty of space for furniture, accessories, storage, workshops, hideouts, or whatever else you can imagine. Expandable Design: Created to work alongside my existing modular diorama collection and upcoming releases. Multiple Assembly Options: Parts can be assembled using the included connectors, with permanent or removable attachment depending on your preferences. Compatibility and Future Expansions This basement is part of my ongoing modular diorama project and has been designed to work with my other 1/12 scale environments. The previously released Street Diorama can also be placed on top of the basement, allowing you to create a multi-level display. Important: When placing the Street Diorama on top, I recommend adding support in the middle to prevent sagging or instability. Dedicated support beams are planned for a future release alongside the upcoming ground floor. I'm also working on several different furniture and interior accessory sets specifically designed for the basement, giving you more options for how to use the space. Printing Notes The model consists of multiple sections intended to be printed separately and assembled afterward. Take care when removing supports from delicate parts Test-fit the connectors before permanently attaching the sections. Glue can be used for a permanent setup, while Blu Tack or similar removable adhesive allows easier disassembly and rearrangement. For multi-level displays, make sure the upper floor has adequate support before placing figures or accessories on top.
