Customizable Parametric Headband Generator

A custom text headband that you make in seconds: type a name or a message, and the letters stand up on top of the band like a tiara. Perfect for a birthday girl, a bride to be, a happy new year party, Christmas, Halloween or any celebration. Pick the head size from toddler to adult XL (or type the head circumference), choose a font, and add one of 85 party icons: birthday cake, Christmas tree, pumpkin, heart, crown, star and many more, or paste any emoji you like. The headband prints flat in one piece with no supports. Two colours without an AMS: by default the faces of the letters and icons are printed in a second colour with a single pause in the slicer. Prefer one colour? Just untick "Two colors". *** What you can customize *** Any text: names, ages, "Happy Birthday", "Bride to be", "Happy New Year"... always printed in capitals Font: any font from the MakerWorld font picker Head size: toddler (2–3 years), kids, teens and adults S–XL, or your own head circumference Fit: loose, normal or snug grip Text style: separate standing letters, or letters on a solid sticker-like outline (this style keeps accents and symbols such as ! ? -) Party icons: 85 icons grouped by occasion (birthday, New Year, Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's, Easter, wedding, baby shower, graduation, Lunar New Year, Diwali, Hanukkah, Eid, sport and more) at the sides of the text, in the middle, or both, with the side icons mirrored if you like; or paste your own emoji Grip teeth: small teeth on the inside so the headband stays in place Two colours, no AMS needed (on by default): band and letter faces in different colours with one filament swap on any single-colour printer, or a single colour *** Tips *** If you change the band thickness, the pause layer changes with it. Long texts are made smaller automatically to fit the arc. The Letters style leaves out symbols such as ! ? - and turns accented letters into plain ones (È → E): switch to the Outlined style to keep them. Measure the head circumference with a soft tape around the forehead, just above the ears and eyebrows. Size guide (head circumference): Toddler 2–3 years 49.5 cm, Kid 4–6 years 51 cm, Kid 7–10 years 52.5 cm, Teen 11–14 years / Adult S 54 cm, Adult M 56 cm, Adult L 58 cm, Adult XL 60 cm. In between two sizes? Pick Custom and type your own measurement. Bold, condensed fonts (the default Oswald Bold, Anton, Roboto Condensed Bold) give the sturdiest letters. Very thin or script fonts can break where the letters meet the band.
