Die 20-cm-Variante hat einen Rapport von 20 cm: perfekt fuer URLs, laengere Texte und Versandkartons.   Features - Marker einfach einstecken – die Einstecktiefe stellt sich von selbst ein - Verdrehsicherung: die Filzspitze steht immer parallel zur Rolle - Versenkter Pumpknopf zum Nachfördern der Farbe (kein versehentliches Pumpen) - Gedruckte Steckachse, Rechtsgewinde, alles stützfrei druckbar - Weicher TPU-Textring auf harter PETG-Nabe – Ringe in Sekunden gewechselt - Schutzkappe über der Rolle fuer Transport und Lagerung - Textringe mit 45-Grad-Schrägen in den Aussparungen: stehend ohne Ueberhänge druckbar   Eigene Textringe Die Beispielringe zeigen das Prinzip. Normales TPU funktioniert auch, das Druckbild wird nur nicht ganz so schön. Drucken - Gehaeuse: PETG, 0,2 mm, keine Stuetzen, Teile wie exportiert ausgerichtet - Textring: geschaeumtes TPU (z. B. eSUN TPU-LW, 230 °C) oder TPU 95A,  stehend, Wandgenerator "Klassisch", Retraction aus, 40 mm/s.  Fadenreste innen im Ring einfach entfernen – wichtig ist nur die Druckflaeche aussen.   Zusammenbau 1. Lager in die Nabe pressen, TPU-Ring aufschieben. 2. Rolle mit je einer Distanzhuelse in die Gabel setzen, Steckachse von der Seite   mit der runden Senkung durchstecken, bis sie einrastet. 3. Pumpknopf von vorne ins Hinterteil stecken (Scheibe zum Gewinde). 4. Marker locker ins Hinterteil stecken (Kragen liegt auf dem Rand). 5. Marker so drehen, dass das rechteckige Stueck unter der Filzspitze in die   Fuehrung im Vorderteil passt, Vorderteil aufschrauben. 6. Pumpen: mit der Fingerspitze in die Mulde hinten druecken. 7. Die ersten Zentimeter auf Schmierpapier abrollen – fertig.   Tipps - Negativ-Druck (Band mit ausgesparter Schrift) ist am unempfindlichsten. - Nicht zu oft pumpen – lieber kurz abrollen und nachpumpen, wenn es heller wird. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION (English)   Roller stamp for the Molotow CoversAll 660PI (15 mm). The marker inks a text roll that prints your lettering endlessly as you roll it over paper, cardboard, parcels, wood or glass. The 20 cm version has a 20 cm pattern repeat – great for URLs, longer texts and shipping boxes.   Features - Just drop the marker in – insertion depth sets itself - Anti-rotation guide keeps the felt tip parallel to the roll - Recessed pump button to refill ink (no accidental pumping) - Printed snap axle, right-hand thread, everything prints without supports - Soft TPU text ring on a rigid PETG hub – swap rings in seconds - Protective cap over the roll for transport and storage - Text rings with 45 degree slopes in the cut-outs: print upright without overhangs   Custom text rings The example rings show the idea. Hardware - 1x 608 bearing (8 x 22 x 7 mm) - Molotow CoversAll 660PI marker (15 mm)   Printing - Housing: PETG, 0.2 mm, no supports, parts oriented as exported - Text ring: foaming TPU (e.g. eSUN TPU-LW, 230 °C) or TPU 95A, upright,  "Classic" wall generator, retraction off, 40 mm/s.  Remove any strings inside the ring – only the outer printing surface matters.   Assembly 1. Press the bearing into the hub, slide the TPU ring on. 2. Place the roll with one spacer on each side into the fork, push the axle in from   the side with the round counterbore until it clicks. 3. Insert the pump button into the back part from the front (disc towards thread). 4. Drop the marker into the back part (collar rests on the rim). 5. Turn the marker so the rectangular part below the felt tip fits the guide in the   front part, screw the front part on. 6. Pump: press into the recess at the back with a fingertip. 7. Roll the first centimetres on scrap paper – done.
