Descripción

Bring a little extra warmth and charm to your Thanksgiving decorations with this adorable Turkey Mini Lantern, featuring a cozy glow and a playful design that makes it the perfect addition to your fall decor!   This turkey lantern fits standard electric tea lights with a diameter of up to 40 mm and heights between 17–27 mm (without flame). The parts simply click or screw together, although some glue is recommended for a more secure fit. It’s mostly printed without AMS to save material; only the tail requires 5 AMS color changes.   You can print it with a loop to hang it from the stand, or without the loop to use it as a freestanding decoration. The version without the loop is available with and without a playful comb, even though real turkeys don’t have a comb. ;)   Disclaimer: This design can only be used with electric tea lights. Do not use real candles.   Print Settings All my profiles are ready to print. If you want to slice the files yourself:   No supports are required for this print. The turkey parts should be printed with a 0.16 mm layer height, as this results in cleaner threads and is required for the self-supporting regions. I also added a brim to the connector pieces. Assembly Assembly is easy and only takes a minute. The parts were designed for snap-fit and press-fit connections, but due to their small size, glue may be required in some steps.   First, assemble the upper half. Insert the snood into the beak and then press the beak into the body. If you printed the version without the loop and with the comb, press in the comb as well. Then snap the tail into the back of the body. To assemble the bottom, first press the threaded connector piece into the base. Now you can insert your LED tea light and secure it with the threaded holder. Then simply screw the bottom into the body and you’re done. The stand arm is simply pressed into the stand base. This may require a little bit of force.     Like this design? Check out my Mini Lantern Collection! https://makerworld.com/en/collections/5446140-mini-lanterns Want to sell prints of my designs?
