Not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.   A one-piece antennae headband that prints flat: about 15 g, about 1.6 hours. No supports, no brim, no glue, nothing to assemble. The ends stay flat on the bed, so they don't lift.   Fit: inner 136 x 80 mm, kids to small adults. Want it bigger, or longer antennae? Tested on my daughter, then I made the ends a bit shorter and the bulbs bigger Pick your colour: I printed mine white so my daughter could paint the antennae with the same face paint as her face, and they match perfectly. Not painting? Print it green for a classic alien, or any colour you like. The green photo is my real print, digitally coloured to preview the face-paint look Tough: print it in PETG, it flexes instead of snapping (PLA can crack) Tips Snip off the two small pads at the band tips after printing Too tight?
