iPhone Duo - Folding Stand

A book-style stand for the iPhone Duo that unfolds just like the phone. Stand the Duo up fully open on the two small front shelves, or closed on the long shelf on the back. Everything folds flat into a pocket-sized slab when you're done.   What's new in v2 The hinges in the first version were too weak. v2 is a ground-up rework, tested with a real iPhone Duo: Every hinge now uses a 1.75 mm filament axle: the spine, all three shelves, and both kickstands. No more snap-fit pins popping out. Stronger shelves: they rest on a solid ledge when open, so they hold the phone without drooping. Kickstands lock open at a fixed angle and can't be pushed past it. Taller back (95 mm) for better balance with the closed phone. Folds down to 82.7 × 95 × 12 mm, about the width and thickness of the closed Duo. Features Fixed, comfortable 65° viewing angle in both modes Two shelves hold the open Duo; one longer shelf holds it closed Leaves the camera bump clear in both modes Kickstands fold into their own recesses, with finger notches to pull them out The back shelf clicks shut, so it stays closed when folded Print settings PLA 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15–20% infill Supports on All 8 parts fit on one plate (205 × 189 mm): 2 leaves, 1 spine bar, 2 kickstands, 3 shelves What you need: about 60 cm of 1.75 mm filament for the axles, and flush cutters.   Assembly Cut each piece a little long, push it in until it stops, then trim flush. Spine (×2, about 94 mm each): line up the spine bar between the two leaves. Push filament up from the bottom edge of each leaf, through the leaf and the bar. Front shelves (×2, about 75 mm each): lay each small shelf in its recess on the front face. Push filament in from the leaf's outer edge (the edge away from the spine). Back shelf (×1, about 76 mm): same as step 2, on the back of the leaf that has the long shelf. Kickstands (×2, about 76 mm each): lay each kickstand in its recess. Push filament in from the outer edge near the top. The holes are sized for 1.75 mm filament to slide in by hand.
