Boost MeIf you enjoy this model, please consider giving it a Boost. It helps me out a lot and keeps new designs coming. Thank you!Meet the Christmas teddy bear: a cuddly cream teddy in a floppy red Santa hat and a striped scarf, and you can fill it with candy! Hang it on the Christmas tree, put it on the table or give it away as a small Christmas gift. Size: 51 × 70 × 36 mm (without the hanging loop). Part of my Christmas collection. Also see Thermoformed Snowman, Thermoformed Santa Hat, Thermoformed Christmas Elves, Thermoformed Peppermint Candy. What's included Plate 1, molds (print once): bottom mold and top mold (plug). Plate 2, plain beige teddy bear (1 color): two flat nets, nut with hanging loop and clip. No AMS needed. Plate 3, Santa teddy bear (4 colors, AMS): a red Santa hat with a white fluffy brim and the tip flopping over one ear with a white pompom, big eyes with sparkles, a white muzzle, rosy cheeks, a red scarf with white stripes and red paw prints on the feet. On the back: the hat and pompom, the scarf end with stripes and fringe, and a white fluffy tail. Print info Ready-to-print 3MF with all settings included. Works on any printer (0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers). Max 4 colors per plate, so it fits any 4-slot AMS or 4-color printer. Material: PLA. Molds in any color (I use black). The bear in beige, with red, white and black for the hat, scarf and face. Molds: approx. 58 g, 1 h 27 min. Plain beige teddy bear: approx. 7 g, 27 min. With details: approx. 10 g, 42 min. (Print times vary by printer.) The nets are printed as an open gyroid mesh: 0 top and 0 bottom layers, 2 walls, 30 % gyroid infill. The details are printed on top of the net (0 walls, 70 % infill). How to make it Print the molds once. (I use PLA and it works great) Print a set of nets, the nut and the clip (plate 2 or 3). Place a flat net in the bottom mold with the raised rim facing down into the groove. Heat the net with a hair dryer for about 8 to 10 seconds until it is soft. (Be quick) Press the top mold down firmly and hold it until the net has cooled. Remove the formed half. Repeat with the second net, so you have a front and a back. Fill with candy, put the two halves together with the flat sides facing each other, and screw the nut onto the stem on top of the head. Push the clip over the strip at the bottom to lock the halves together. Hang it on the tree or hand it out! Tips Small chocolates and wrapped candies fit perfectly. A sweet advent or table gift. No AMS? Print plate 2 in beige. Tie a small ribbon around the neck as a scarf. Print the nets in brown or white for a different teddy, the molds stay the same. Support me Like my models?
