Custom Text/SVG Thermoformed Christmas ball bauble

🎄 Make a Christmas bauble/ball with your own text or SVG! Print it flat, shape it with the molds, then join the two sides. Create a rounded bauble or a flatter hamburger shape! ✨ 🚀 Quick Start Open Customize. Under Quick Start, enter your text. Choose a font and text size—or keep the defaults. Select Blank Pair in Output to generate both sides. Select Connector Set for the screw cap and bottom clip. Select Mold Set for the forming tools. 💡 Start with the default size and patterns. No advanced settings needed! 🎨 Add Your Style ✏️ Add up to two lines of text. 🖼️ Upload your own SVG designs. ❄️ Choose different patterns for the base and your design. 🔄 Keep the same design on both sides, or leave the back without text or SVG. ⚙️ Adjust sizes, spacing, colors and more! 🖨️ Printing in Color 🌈 AMS recommended for easy multicolor printing. 🙌 No AMS? You can also change filament at selected layer heights. Check the sliced preview and add a pause or filament change where you want a new color. 💡 A layer change affects everything printed above that height. It cannot give different colors to parts on the same layer. 🔥 Shape & Assemble Print the panels flat, soften them using a suitable heat-forming method, and shape each side with the molds. Let them cool before assembly. 🔩 Join the two sides with the screw cap and bottom clip. 🎀 Add a string through the top loop. 🛠️ Choose Your Shape 🍔 Hamburger: a flat center with rounded sides. 🔵 Spherical Cap: choose a hemisphere, one-third sphere height, one-quarter sphere height or a custom depth. 📏 The fractions describe height, not volume. ❤️ Made something fun?
