Descripción
Keep your sink area cleaner and more organized with this adjustable faucet-mounted sink rack, designed for 3D printing and easy customization. The rack mounts directly to a round faucet pipe using an integrated C-shaped clamp and tool-free threaded knob, keeping sponges, scrubbers, and soap off the countertop while allowing water to drain directly into the sink. The model includes a parametric OpenSCAD file, so the faucet diameter can be adjusted to match your own setup. Features - Adjustable faucet clamp - Tool-free tightening knob - Parametric faucet diameter in OpenSCAD - Built-in drainage slots - Ventilated basket walls - Rounded corners - Compact, space-saving design - No additional hardware required - Suitable for kitchen or bathroom sinks Customizing the faucet diameter The most important parameter in the OpenSCAD file is: faucet_d = 19.0; Change this value to the measured outside diameter of your faucet pipe. For example: faucet_d = 23.5; The clamp dimensions are generated around this value, allowing the model to be adapted to different round faucet sizes. Printing recommendation Material: PETG recommended Layer height: 0.20 mm Walls: 4 Infill: 20–30% Supports: Depending on orientation and slicer settings PETG is recommended because the clamp benefits from a small amount of flexibility and will regularly be exposed to water. Included files - Sink rack with integrated clamp - Tool-free tightening knob - OpenSCAD parametric source file Installation 1. Measure the outside diameter of your faucet. 2. Set the correct faucet_d value in the OpenSCAD file if necessary. 3. Print the rack and knob. 4. Slide the C-shaped clamp around the faucet pipe. 5. Thread the knob onto the external thread. 6. Tighten until the rack is secure. Do not overtighten; only enough pressure is needed to prevent the rack from rotating or sliding.
