Thermoformed Santa Claus

I designed a thermoforming mold that transforms a flat, 3D-printed Santa Claus into a charming, three-dimensional candy container, perfect for adding a festive touch to Christmas celebrations. Using a hairdryer, the printed piece is gently heated and then shaped over the mold using the thermoforming technique. Once cooled, it takes on its final shape, creating a delightful Santa Claus container ideal for holding candies, chocolates, and other Christmas treats.
