Descripción
I designed this treasure chest when I was making my Fishing Derby game and I knew at the time that I wanted to remix it into a Mimic action figure. October seemed like an appropriate time to do that, so here's my latest design, based on one of my favourite RPG enemies. While technically it is an action figure that transforms, this isn't one of my Docobots as the mimic character is not my own and it isn't a robot, it's a monster. Still, I hope you enjoy this model as much as I enjoyed making it. ASSEMBLY VIDEO TRANSFORMATION The tongue is straightforward, turn it around 180° and lay it inside the chest. The eye as well. Just flip it around so the dollar sign is showing. The only real thing you have to worry about is how you fold the arms in. You want to fold each arm up into a square and slightly leaned to the back of the chest to allow the top to close. Notes: The main chest body and hinges are PIP and should be gently loosened after removing it from the bed. Printed using a combination of PLA Basic and PLA Matte on a Bambu Lab A1. While not necessary, glue is suggested when attaching the sockets to the teeth and the teeth to the chest. Happy Halloween!
