10 inch Server Rack Side-Mount Amazon Fire Tablet

This four-piece mounting system allows you to securely attach an Amazon Fire tablet to the exterior side of your rack, creating a convenient display for Home Assistant, network monitoring, server statistics, or other homelab dashboards without occupying any valuable rack units.   The design uses four individual corner brackets that attach directly to the rack’s existing side mounting points. Each bracket features a curved lip that wraps around the tablet’s edge, holding it securely in place while maintaining a clean, minimal appearance.   I designed this mount to turn my KWS Rack V2 into an all-in-one homelab setup, with a dedicated Home Assistant dashboard mounted directly to the side of the rack.   Installation Position the four mounting brackets around the tablet’s edges. Align the brackets with the existing screw holes on the side of the KWS Rack V2. Secure the brackets using the appropriate mounting screws (M5x20 or M5x24mm). Slide the tablet into the brackets from one side. Compatibility Rack: KWS Rack V2 10-inch server rack Tablet: Designed around my Amazon Fire tablet. Check your tablet’s dimensions and thickness before printing to ensure compatibility. Other 10-inch racks may be compatible if they have matching side mounting points, but compatibility has not been verified.
