百變怪擠牙膏器 3.0｜Ditto Toothpaste Squeezer

轉一下把手，讓百變怪幫忙把牙膏捲起來～ 3.0 結構更新｜2026-10-19 這次重新設計了擠牙膏器的結構。照片中的紫色百變怪是 3.0，藍色的是舊版。新版取消往上推的機制，本體可以正著印，不需要支撐；本體和把手分開列印後組裝。 為什麼要重新設計？ 舊版往上推的力量，讓旋轉軸比較不容易回縮，轉起來很方便。但使用後，我發現上方的開口會慢慢被撐開，所以這次從結構重新調整。 上方藍色：舊版；下方紫色：3.0。這次修改的是結構。少一個機構，也有它的取捨 3.0 取消上推機制，讓結構更單純，也方便直立、免支撐列印。取消這個力量後，轉完把手可能會稍微回縮，但上方仍有夾持；以我自己的使用情況來說，頂多是下次再多轉半圈，影響不大。 3.0 側面：取消舊版向上推的結構，重新安排開口與軸的位置。我也考慮過加棘輪，讓它只能往一個方向轉。不過這樣會增加結構的複雜度，我希望保留簡單印出來的體驗，所以這次接受這個小小的不方便。新版的長期使用情況，我也會繼續觀察。 檔案與列印 3MF 內有多色版與單色版兩個列印盤，每盤都有本體和把手，選一盤列印即可。本體是一體成型的，不是整組免組裝；把手需另外裝入。 本體與把手分開列印，再裝在一起。機型／噴嘴：Bambu Lab H2C／0.4 mm 層高：0.16 mm 牆數／填充：4 層牆／15% 材料：PLA 支撐：關閉，依檔案內擺放方向列印 使用其他機型時，請在 Bambu Studio 切換機型並檢查切片預覽。不同牙膏管的尾端寬度與厚度會有差異，先確認能放入把手的開槽。新舊版本請以各自完整的本體與把手配套使用。 設計說明 靈感來源自 voxo3d 的貓咪擠牙膏器，機構與造型整合由我重新設計。百變怪是 Pokémon 的角色，本作品為粉絲創作。 English Turn the handle and let Ditto help roll up your toothpaste tube! Version 3.0 — structural redesign, October 19, 2026. The purple Ditto is 3.0; the blue one shown for comparison is the older design. The body now prints upright without supports. Print the body and handle separately, then assemble them. Why redesign it? The older mechanism pushed the roller upward to reduce rollback. During use, I found that the top opening gradually spread apart. For 3.0, I removed that upward-pushing mechanism and simplified the structure. There is a trade-off: the handle may roll back slightly after use. In my own use, this means turning it about half a turn more next time. I considered a ratchet, but chose to keep the structure and printing process simple. I will continue observing how the new design holds up over time. Files and printing The 3MF includes multicolor and single-color plates. Each contains a body and handle; choose one plate to print. The body is one piece, while the handle is assembled separately.
