The photographs show my personal, oversized version of the cathedral bed, which I enlarged, divided into approximately 12 printing plates, printed separately, and assembled myself. The individual sections, printing plates, and assembly connectors shown in my completed project are NOT included in this upload. The downloadable model is provided as a single, complete structure. Want to make it larger for your cat? You absolutely can! If you would like to enlarge this model into a full-size cat bed, I recommend downloading it to your computer and using a desktop slicing program, such as Bambu Studio. From there, you can scale the model to your desired dimensions, divide it into manageable printing sections, and create your own connectors for assembly. Please understand that enlarging and dividing the model will require some familiarity with 3D printing software. You will need to determine the appropriate cuts, connectors, supports, and printing arrangements for your particular printer. I chose not to include my personal multi-plate printing arrangement because I'm still learning some of the more advanced aspects of preparing and sharing complex print profiles. Rather than risk providing something that might not print or assemble correctly for someone else, I felt more comfortable sharing the complete original model and allowing others to customize it to their needs.   Inspired by the beauty and intricate details of Gothic architecture, this cathedral-style pet bed was a labor of love! I originally designed this piece as a special gift for a dear friend and her cats. I wanted to create something that was more than just a pet bed. Something that combined the elegance of Gothic architecture with a functional, unique piece of furniture. After countless hours of designing, refining, printing, and assembling, I finally brought my vision to life! I loved how it turned out and decided to share my creation with the MakerWorld community in case anyone else would like to enjoy it. Whether you're a lover of Gothic architecture, dark home decor, or simply want something extraordinary for your furry companion, I hope you enjoy this design as much as I enjoyed creating it! 🖤 A Little About the Design This Gothic cathedral features intricate architectural details inspired by traditional Gothic structures, including pointed arches, ornate window tracery, decorative columns, cathedral-style spires, and elaborate ornamental accents. Although originally designed as a cat bed, it can also make a beautiful piece of Gothic home decor, an architectural display, or a unique decorative centerpiece. Please note: The size of the downloaded model may not be suitable for use as an actual cat bed without enlarging it. Always check the model's dimensions and your printer's build volume before printing. 🦇 A Final Note This project took a tremendous amount of time, patience, and creativity, and I'm genuinely happy to finally share it!
