Gift Box Cat - Cozy Christmas Decor

🎁 The Honest Shelf Vol. 114 // Gift Box Cat 🐱 A cozy 3D printed cat character sitting inside a Christmas gift box, with a chunky knitted texture, tiny paws and a sweet festive look — designed for Christmas decor, holiday shelves and cozy winter displays. ❤️   For Vol. 114 of The Honest Shelf, I wanted to stay with the Christmas mood, but make it feel a little more gift-focused and playful. This time, I designed a little knitted cat peeking out of a present. 🐱🎁   I liked the idea because it combines two things that instantly feel festive: a cute cat character and a wrapped Christmas gift. I spent some time working on the proportions so the cat still feels soft and round, while the present box stays clearly recognizable. The little paws resting on the top edge were especially important, because that detail makes it feel like the cat is really popping out of the gift.   The knitted texture keeps it in line with the rest of the series, giving the whole model that cozy handmade look, even though it is fully 3D printed. The bow and ribbon add that classic Christmas-present feel without making the design too busy.   The result is a small holiday decor figure that works beautifully on a shelf, desk, gift table or next to other Christmas decorations — especially if you like cute festive decor with a soft and cozy style. ✨ ✨ Why it belongs on your shelf 🐱 Cute Christmas Cat: A tiny cat character peeking out of a wrapped gift box. 🎁 Festive Present Design: Gift box, ribbon and bow make the Christmas theme instantly clear. 🧶 Knitted Texture: Chunky yarn-style details give it a soft handmade appearance. 🎄 Christmas Decor: Perfect for festive shelves, desks, gift tables and cozy winter corners. ❄️ Holiday Friendly: Works beautifully throughout the full Christmas and winter season. 🎁 Gift Ready: A sweet printable gift for cat lovers and cozy-decor fans. 🎨 AMS Friendly: Great for clean multi-color printing with a simple festive palette. 🤍 Decorative Character: Cute, compact and easy to combine with other Christmas pieces. 🎨 Color Guide 🎄 Classic Christmas Gift Cat — Recommended 1. Warm White / Ivory For the cat body and paws. 2. Christmas Red / Deep Red For the gift box, ribbon and bow. 3. Black / Charcoal For the eyes. 4. Soft Pink / Blush Pink For the nose. This is the version shown in the pictures and gives the cleanest, most recognizable Christmas gift cat look. 🤍 Soft Neutral Holiday Cream + Burgundy + Dark Brown + Blush A warmer and slightly calmer version for more natural or elegant Christmas decor. 🌸 Cozy Pastel Christmas Warm White + Dusty Rose + Cocoa + Baby Pink A softer version that fits beautifully into pastel holiday collections. 🎁 Scandinavian Christmas Snow White + Muted Red + Charcoal + Soft Pink Minimal, clean and especially nice with wood, linen and candlelight. 🐾 Natural Cat Version Light Gray + Cherry Red + Black + Soft Pink If you want the cat to feel a little more realistic while keeping the festive gift-box concept. Matte PLA works especially well here because it helps the knitted texture stand out and keeps the whole figure looking soft instead of glossy. ✨ 🎁 A Tiny Present with a Cat Inside What I like most about this design is that it already feels like a little gift by itself. It works as a Christmas decoration, but it also fits perfectly into gift-themed styling, holiday packaging scenes or cute shelf displays. Place it next to candles, books and wrapped presents, or use it as part of a festive setup for cat lovers.   Because the box and ribbon are such strong visual elements, it feels especially seasonal, while the tiny cat keeps it playful and sweet. It works especially well as Christmas decor, holiday shelf decor, winter desk decor, cat lover decor, gift-themed decoration or stocking stuffer inspiration. 🐱🎁   The knitted texture also gives it a slightly crochet or amigurumi-inspired look, which makes it feel even warmer and more handmade. ❤️ The Honest Shelf Vol. 114 Boost MeThis is Vol. 114 of The Honest Shelf — my growing collection of cozy objects and little characters built around soft shapes, simple expressions and tactile-looking details.
