Fork Configurator - B-RAIL System

Hello everyone!   I think some of you are really going to like this one! 🚲   This is a multi B-RAIL mount designed specifically for your bike fork. It might look a little bulky, but it opens up tons of possibilities for different accessory configurations!   DISCLAIMER! This print requires quite a bit of support material, so be prepared for some cleanup! If you’re not a fan of removing supports and cleaning up your prints, this one might not be for you.   ⚠ Experimental Design — Use with Caution. I’ve tried to make it compatible with as many B-RAIL accessories as possible, but some accessories may be too wide and sit too close to your wheel. Check tire clearance carefully with every accessory configuration. Avoid excessive loads, as this design is still experimental. 🔧 Installation The third rail must be secured with two M3 × 12 mm plastic screws. See the Bill of Materials (BOM) for details. You can also glue the rail in place, but keep in mind that the lower mounting point will be difficult to access if you ever need to remove it.   🛠 Extra Features TPU protective pad: I’ve added a TPU pad that sits underneath the rails to help protect your bike’s paint. You’ll find it on the second build plate. Strap slots: If you prefer not to use the third perpendicular rail, the mount also features two slots for securing items such as a small pump. They’re designed for elastic straps up to 20 mm wide. I might develop a dedicated pump holder in the future, so stay tuned!   A Note on Materials I’ve recently started using the new Matte PETG, and I’m loving it!   I hope you enjoy experimenting with this design. About the B-RAIL System The B-RAIL System uses a mounting rail that attaches to the standard bottle cage mounts found on most bikes.
