Customizable Foldable Pokemon Gift Box with Handle

The box prints flat as one piece without supports, with built-in handles, a tab-and-slot side seam, and a locking bottom.   Fold along the thin grooves to form the box. The two handles meet at the top, and the slotted gable panels engage the curved handle hooks to close it. The design uses built-in locks and needs no glue, screws, or separate hinges.   Choosing a Pokemon Select the plate named after the Pokemon you want to print. Each plate already has its colors and first-layer filament sequence assigned. The designs use between two and four colors per box. You can remap the supplied colors to whichever filaments you own. Seeing the face in Bambu Studio The decorated exterior prints directly against the build plate. Switch the camera to Bottom in the Prepare view to inspect the face before slicing. First-layer filament order The face and body both print on the first layer. Set the first-layer filament sequence based on the Pokemon. Customizing the box Box dimensions: Set the inside length, width, and straight-wall height from 25 to 100 mm. Length runs along the handle; width runs across the two top panels. The handle adds height above the box. Handle size: Adjust the handle height and finger-opening width and height. Leave these at 0 for automatic sizing. Handle shape: Adjust the taper angle to change how much the top of the handle narrows. Rounded corners: Adjust the general corner radius. The handle hooks and gable tips keep their curved shape. Lock fit: Increase slot clearance if the tabs are hard to insert. Reduce it if the fit feels loose. Thickness and printing Choose a layer height of 0.16, 0.20, or 0.24 mm. Set both the first-layer and regular layer heights in your slicer to the same value selected in the generator. Sheet layers control panel thickness. Hinge layers control the fold bands and side-seam tongues. Start with two sheet layers and one hinge layer. At 0.20 mm layer height, this gives 0.40 mm panels and 0.20 mm folds.
