Prepare the first half Take one printed half of the ornament and place it securely on top of the top mold.   2. Apply heat Using a hairdryer or heat gun, carefully apply heat to the ornament. Move the heat source around rather than keeping it in one spot.   3. Wait until softened Continue heating until the material becomes soft and flexible enough to form. Be careful not to overheat or melt the plastic.   4. Press the mold Once softened, press the top mold down onto the ornament. Continue pressing until you cannot push it any further.   5. Repeat Repeat the same Thermoforming process with the second half of the ornament.   6. Assemble the top Once both halves have been formed, screw the top piece into place.   7. Clip the bottom Finally, attach the small bottom clip to secure the bottom of the ornament. ⚠️ Thread Note The thread at the top may be a little tight when first used. Work the thread in gently for a little while to help loosen it and make it smoother. After it has been worked in, it should operate normally.   ⚠️ Safety: Heat guns and heated plastic can cause burns.
