iPhone 17/18 Pro (Max) Case

A sleek two-piece corner bumper for the iPhone 18 Pro. Soft, rounded corner caps and a slim ring around the camera plateau protect the parts that take the hits, while the back, the sides and every button stay free. MagSafe works as usual. Prints flat in TPU, no supports, 7.9 g.     What you get Top piece: two convex corner caps joined by a slim, round ring around the camera plateau. Bottom piece: two corner caps joined by a bar with a smooth concave arc, so the whole USB-C and speaker area stays open. Features Camera ring: follows the real edge profile of the camera plateau with about 0.2 mm clearance. The lenses sit 0.19 mm below the rim, so they don't touch the table when the phone lies on its back. Air-cushion corners: the caps bulge slightly and roll off in one convex curve. The screen lip sits on the frame, not on the glass. Open back, MagSafe works: nothing covers Apple's MagSafe zone (Ø57.5 mm). Everything stays free: Action button, volume buttons, side button and Camera Control are not covered. Ports wide open: USB-C and all 10 speaker and microphone holes sit in one wide, rounded opening. The earpiece slit is free too. Prints flat, no supports: the rounded bed edges start at 45°. Designed from Apple's drawings Built on Apple's official iPhone 18 Pro dimensional drawings (150.01 × 71.85 × 8.75 mm) and checked in CAD against both the drawing and a 3D model of the phone: no overlap with the phone, all ports 100 % open, and the camera ring clear of the lens keep-out cones.    Print settings (already in the 3MF) Bambu Lab P1S, 0.4 mm nozzle  · 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls, 15 % gyroid · no supports · about 7.9 g for both pieces (slicer estimate) · both parts back-down on one plate.    Fit and installing Designed with 0.20 mm clearance. If it fits too tight or too loose, change clearance in the .scad by 0.05 mm and re-export. Top piece: press the camera plateau into the ring, then stretch the two corner caps over the corners. Bottom piece: hook one corner cap in, then stretch the other over its corner.     This is a first release. If you print it, let me know how the fit is, or post a photo.
