Medication Timing Tracker The ultimate 3 AM problem solver. Keeping track of staggered medicine doses when you are half-awake is a nightmare!   This 100% print-in-place tracker completely eliminates the need for tracking med dosages with a sticky note or your sleep deprived memory. Simply push the slider next to the current time to reveal exactly when the next dose is due. It takes the mental math out of alternating medications for sick kids, managing post-surgery recovery, or tracking daily prescriptions.   Zero Hardware: Just a little glue if you want to keep things snug and together. Everything else is hardware free. Built-in "Next Dose" Math: When you push a slider to the right, it uncovers the time the next dose is required. Currently included timings are for Tylenol (4 hours) and Ibuprophen (6-8 hours). If you have additional timing desires just let me know and I can add a new profile for it!
