The two halves clip shut with a small connector — NO glue — so you can pop it back open and refill it whenever you want.   The cap has a small loop on top, so a length of twine runs straight through a row of them and you have a garland. Red, yellow, and blue is the classic combo, but anything on your shelf works.   The mesh lets the candy peek through, which is really what makes this one land as a gift. Fill it, clip it, hand it over.
