Space Shuttle Liftoff: Dual-LED

Space Shuttle Launch Model (with Illuminated Exhaust Base) I wanted to design something different from the standard space shuttle models you usually see. My main goal was to put all the focus on the dramatic light beams coming from the rocket exhausts and the massive scale of the launch itself. Boost MeAlways great to get a boost—it keeps me inspired to keep designing!To achieve this, the smoke and cloud base was intentionally designed much larger and more prominent than usual, putting less emphasis on the ship itself and more on the roaring energy of a real liftoff. To bring the exhaust beams to life and give them a strong, vibrant glow, the base is specifically designed to fit two LED tealights directly underneath the yellow beams. Design & Assembly Notes Modeled in Blender: The entire model was built completely from scratch in Blender. Assembly Guide: See Pdf Lighting: The cloud base uses 2 standard battery-powered LED tealights (flame-side up) pushing light straight through the yellow exhaust cones.   Enjoy the print, and feel free to share your makes!   Safety Note: Only use an LED tealight and never a real candle to ensure safety and prevent damage.
