Air Rifle/Pellet Gun .22 Caliber Ammo APCR Rounds

I made these APCR (Armor Piercing Composite Rigid) Air Gun shells and they work amazingly! I used my .22 caliber Air Rifle and made it through 4 sheets of moderately thick metal a normal pellet could only dream on penetrating! To assemble just print the shell and take your household common nails shown in the pictures and chop the flat end of the nail off and get a mallet and find a surface to get the shell and the nails to work on, and insert the nail cut side first in the shell and give it a couple of taps to ensure it is inside and that my friends is a APCR Air Gun projectile that penetrates metal!   Ive used common green PLA, but you could use just about any filament you desire except TPU    the Nails I have used Common Nail | Smooth Shank Common Nail | Grip-Rite®   no glue or adhesive needed.
