Elite NCR Ranger Helmet

Update 10-5-26 I added a profile for the face plate with a 1mm wide bridge piece you can snip out later if you're having issues with the gap.     Here is the Elite NCR Ranger Helmet! This helmet is compatible with the Raider and standard helmet face plates.
