Milwaukee PACKOUT Cigar Humidor Insert 48-22-8436

A full travel humidor that drops into a Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Low-Profile Organizer (48-22-8436). Ten cigars, your cutter, a torch lighter, Boveda packs and a hygrometer you can read through the clear lid — all in a case that locks onto the rest of your PACKOUT stack.   WHAT IT HOLDS 10 cigars — 5 lanes, 2 per lane end to end, up to 11.5" combined and up to 60 ring gauge. The curved cradles keep wrappers from touching. 10 Boveda Size 8 packs, flat underneath the lift-out rack where they're out of the way. Pull the rack and you can fill every cell with packs for long-term storage. A round 1.875" digital hygrometer, pressed in flush with the top so you can read it with the lid closed. The pocket is vented down to the Boveda space, so it reads the air around the cigars instead of a sealed hole. A torch lighter at the latch end and a big pocket at the hinge end for your cutter — plus room for a punch, matches or a second lighter. Both pockets have finger scoops.   TWO VERSIONS Large printers (H2D, H2C and similar): tray and rack each print in one piece. Smaller printers (256 mm beds — P1S, X1, A1, etc.): tray and rack each split in half. Join the tray halves with 4 short pieces of 1.75 mm filament as pins (about 19 mm each). No glue needed; the case holds them together.   FIT The outer shell is traced from the inside of a real 48-22-8436, including the wall ribs, the step at the hinge end and the draft. The whole insert is 33 mm tall so it clears the honeycomb pads under the lid, which drop into the case and slope toward the hinge.   PRINTED IN PETG 0.2 mm layers, 2 walls, 15% infill, no supports.
