Minecraft Thermoformed Containers - 14 Designs, One Shared Mold Pair Print the molds once, then choose your next Minecraft character or block! These Minecraft-inspired containers start as flat PLA honeycomb panels. Warm the lattice, shape the panels with the reusable PETG molds, and assemble a little container for wrapped sweets, party favors or small gifts. All 14 full-size designs use the same mold pair: one cavity and one press. CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN Characters: Creeper, Pig, Slime, Zombie and Skeleton. Blocks: TNT, Grass Block, Dirt Block, Water, Lava, Obsidian, Amethyst, Diamond Ore and Gold Ore. WHAT'S INCLUDED - A shared full-size PETG mold pair. - A separate PLA plate for each of the 14 designs, containing the artwork front, plain honeycomb back, two clips and a screw cap. - Artwork using three or four filament colors, but you can customize the way you want. - A 33% testing kit with its own smaller PETG mold pair and a separate plate of single-color PLA parts. - An extra PLA plate with 10 compatible screw-cap styles, from smooth round and rounded square to domed, ball-shaped and ring caps. The two bottom clips connect the shells so they can fold open. Bring the halves together and screw on the cap to close the container. The connection uses printed parts, with no extra metal hardware. WHERE TO START Start with the 33% starter kit to test. Print its molds in PETG and its shells, clips and cap in PLA. The PLA plate uses one color, so it does not need an AMS. Its clips and cap retain their designed mating size; they are not simply scaled down. For the full-size collection, print the shared 100% PETG mold pair and the PLA plate for your chosen design. Reuse that same pair for every full-size variant.  PRINTING AND FORMING 1. Print the molds in PETG and the shells, clips and cap in PLA. 2. Leave the clips and cap off while forming. Seat each flat shell in the cavity with its bed-facing side up and the raised rim in the matching recesses. Warm the lattice evenly using a hairdryer or other heatsource. The PLA lattice softens easily, its easy to get a feeling on how far and hot to go when doing some practice runs. When heated align the press, shape gently to the stops, and let the shell cool fully before releasing it. 3. Fit both clips into the matching front and back slots, bring the screw halves together, and gently screw on the cap. Use the 3MF files for multicolor printing: STL files do not retain colors, material settings or plate separation. Use the supplied 33% kit for tests rather than scaling the full-size files yourself.
