Lightweight Parametric HueForge Frame

A lightweight parametric frame designed for HueForge prints, created to minimise filament use while still giving the finished artwork a clean, solid presentation. The frame is designed so that larger sizes can be printed diagonally on a standard 256 × 256 mm build plate. This makes it possible to produce frames for artwork up to approximately 300 × 300 mm on printers such as the Bambu Lab A1, P and X series, without requiring a larger-format printer.   The supplied example is designed for a 144 × 250 mm HueForge image, and the complete frame weighs less than 100 g, making it a practical option for larger wall art without using unnecessary material.   The design is also parametric, so the frame dimensions can be adjusted easily to suit other HueForge prints, photos, lithophanes, or flat artwork. Parametric Customisation The frame can be resized using the standard parametric/customisation tools, allowing you to adapt the model to your own artwork dimensions instead of scaling the whole model manually. For best results, enter the actual dimensions of your HueForge print or image and generate the frame specifically for that size. Notes If the frame joints are too tight or too loose, you can fine-tune their fit directly in Bambu Studio using X-Y contour compensation. Go to the Objects tab. Select all Join parts. Go to Quality → Precision. Adjust X-Y contour compensation. As a starting point, try 0.1 mm. If the joint is too tight, reduce the compensation slightly. If the joint is too loose, increase the value.
