Magnetic Conveyor-Wall of Death

This is a magnetic conveyor loop   Techically this is a KE50 conveyor equipped with a magnetic chain.   Magnetic conveyors are commonly used in the industry to make elevators for magnetic products. The most typical case is the tin can industry. The whole point with an endless loop like this is that you can test the conveyor for many hours without the need for manual handling of the tin cans. Make sure to use strong magnets an space them to fit the product, or put magnets in every slot.   This loop tests the following: 1.The strength of the magnets. 2.The transfer of product between magnet chain and plain chain. 3.The transfer of product between plain chain and magnet chain. 4.General reliability over time.   This model is appropriate for prototypes, educational purposes or even a rig at an exhibition.
