The House at the End of the Path – Haunted House Nobody in the village knows who lives in the old house behind the weathered gravestones. But every year, as the leaves fall and Halloween approaches, its windows glow a warm orange. Overnight, fresh leaves gather in the garden, the wind whispers through bare branches, and sweets mysteriously appear at the end of the little stone path. Perhaps the residents are simply hoping for visitors. Whether you ring the doorbell is up to you…   This haunted house combines playful Halloween charm with detailed architecture. Steep roofs, Gothic windows, a small tower, and a gnarled tree give it a distinctive character. Gravestones and an enclosed front garden complete a miniature spooky scene with details to discover from every angle. Displayed on a sideboard, in your entrance hall, or as a Halloween table centerpiece, it offers plenty of room for your own creative touches.   Your garden, your ghost story The spaces beside the stone path can be decorated however you like and rearranged throughout the season. Here are a few ideas: Autumn leaves and small leaf fragments for an abandoned, windswept garden. Small twigs, bark, and woody pieces to resemble fallen branches and weathered logs. Dried moss, lichen, and small stones for an overgrown graveyard. Individually wrapped Halloween sweets as a tempting welcome for brave visitors. Miniature pumpkins, ghosts, or skulls for a classic Halloween scene. Artificial cobwebs and tiny decorative spiders around the garden fence and tree. Print size and scaling — please read   The supplied print file is scaled to 80% of the original model size, allowing the house to fit on printers such as the X2D, P2S, and other machines with a comparable build volume.   If you own an H2D, H2C, or another suitably sized printer, you can restore the model to 100% of its original size in your slicer. This is the size shown in the photos.   Keep scaling uniform across all axes and apply it to the complete model so that all parts retain their correct proportions. Scaling tip: If your slicer displays the supplied model at 80%, change it to 100%. If it treats the already reduced model as 100%, increase it to 125% to restore the original size.   A little more printing time, plenty of character This is a slightly more involved decorative print, so allow a little extra time for the project. Its architectural details and complete garden setting make it a rewarding choice for anyone looking to create a special piece of Halloween decor.   The model shown in the photos was printed in three colors.  You can change the colors to suit your taste by adjusting the filament assignments in your slicer. Choose a dark façade with contrasting details, muted autumn shades, or your own imaginative combination.   Single-color printing is absolutely an option, too.  Eliminating color changes significantly reduces printing time compared with the multicolor version. The shapes and textures also work beautifully in one color, and you can always hand-paint selected details afterward.   For multicolor printing, I recommend a printer with dual nozzles or an automatic nozzle-changing system, such as the H2D, X2D, or H2C.  Actual printing time will depend on your printer, model scale, settings, and filament assignments.   I’d love to see who moves into your haunted house—and what you put in its garden!
