Stellar Vortex Spinner – Bearing Fidget Toy

Boost MeBOOST ME FREEMeet the Stellar Vortex Spinner, a dynamic print-in-place fidget spinner with a layered star-shaped vortex design and an integrated bearing mechanism. The model is designed to print as a complete assembly. After printing, the bearing section may feel tight at first, so a little post-processing is recommended for the best spinning performance.   After Printing: Carefully remove the model from the build plate. Do not force or bend the spinner while removing it. Once removed, hold the model with your fingers and gently move/rotate the center bearing section back and forth until the mechanism begins to loosen and move freely. After the bearing has been loosened, apply a small amount of WD-40 or another suitable lubricant to the bearing area. Rotate it several times so the lubricant spreads through the moving surfaces. This can significantly improve the smoothness and spinning performance.   Important – Do Not Scale the Model: I do not recommend resizing this model. The bearing mechanism uses specific clearances and tolerances. Scaling the model up or down may change these tolerances and could cause the bearing to become too tight, too loose, or stop functioning correctly.   Printing Tips: Print the model at its original size and orientation. Allow the print to cool before carefully removing it from the build plate.
