If you really like the model, I would really apreciate a donation to keep publishing free models:☕  https://buymeacoffee.com/velazquezvu Helicopter 3-Blade Swashplate Model: A - HSP - 1 v1.0 A fully assembled display model of a real cyclic/collective swashplate mechanism, 23 printed parts that snap and press together into a working helicopter head. Tilt it, twist it, watch the linkages move just like the real thing.   Print info: 3 print plates included — one is a dedicated blade plate where you can choose between printing the blades at 45° or 90°. I recommend 45°: the surface finish comes out smoother, though supports are a bit trickier to remove. Designed for at least a 180 x 180 x 180 mm print volume (A1-mini compatible). Total mass: 139.920 g + 15.060 g supports at 15% infill / 2 walls. I recomend to print the Hub piece in a different plate separated from other pieces cause in my experience 2 out of 9 time I have printed it has failed. Not any other piece has failed printing.   Assembly tips: Lubricate the moving joints with WD-40 silicone spray and a bit of graphite dust (a regular pencil works fine for this, the only drawback is that some parts could get dirty). Sand the hub pins lightly after printing, they tend to print slightly oversized and benefit from a quick cleanup for a smooth fit. If they are too tight teduce the dountor compensation setting in quality, only for the Hub, use the object explorer instead the general. Glue the blades to the blade grips with cyanoacrylate (super glue) for a secure hold. Specs (from the drawing): Airfoil: NACA 0018 Vertical range of motion: +6.5 mm / -6.5 mm Angle of attack limits: +15.561° / -13.645° Blade radius/length dimensions: 140 mm, 128.5 mm, 19.62 mm Mast thread: M11 x 1.5, 6g x 5 Coming in a future upgrade: I'm planning to add blade dampeners so the blades no longer need to be glued, plus a full motor and 3-servo assembly to make the swashplate actually motorized and functional. Feedback and prints are always welcome, let me know what you think!   You can download in pdf and print the instruction drawings in the Documentation tab, there is the inverted and non-inverted color versions.
