Tesla Model 3 / Model Y Under Armrest Storage

This is a compact storage compartment designed to fit underneath the armrest of pre-2024 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y vehicles. ✨Features Designed for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y – pre-2024 Uses the existing opening underneath the armrest Magnetic lid closure Easy installation with double-sided adhesive tape 🧲 Magnets The lid uses 4 × Ø8 × 3 mm neodymium magnets, which act as the magnetic latch and should be glued to both parts. I painted over it afterwards with a black permanent marker to be more discreet.   🔧 Installation The frame includes a small recessed area specifically designed for applying double-sided tape. For a secure installation, 3M VHB 5952 is strongly recommended. This tape has proven to be much more suitable for the heat and vibration conditions inside a car than standard double-sided tapes. Before applying the tape: Clean and degrease the surfaces with IPA Apply the 3M VHB 5952 to the recessed area of the frame. Position the compartment carefully and press firmly against the surface for several minutes. Allow the adhesive to bond properly for some hours before putting significant load or heat on the compartment. ⚠️ Recommended Material  PETG is recommended for printing this model. ❌ Do not use PLA.
