To get the best possible result with minimal post-processing, please note the following feedback from my own test prints: Orient for Clean Joins: To make sure the intersecting lines and alignment marks meet up almost perfectly, pay close attention to how you position the sliced parts on the build plate. Bed Placement Matters: Placing the flat assembly edges facing flat down against the print bed (where possible) helps reduce warping. This ensures that the gaps are as small as humanly possible when gluing the pieces together, saving you a ton of time on wood filler, epoxy, or sanding!
