Hexaneel – Modular Wall Art Hexaneel is a modular hexagonal wall panel designed to create a wide variety of geometric patterns from a single element. Each panel features the same directional slat pattern. Rotating a panel by 60° changes the way the lines interact with neighboring panels and results in different geometric patterns. The patterns shown in the preview images are not different models. They were all created from the same single panel, rotated into different positions. Whether you arrange a few panels as an accent piece or cover a larger area, every composition becomes unique.   One panel. Six orientations. Countless arrangements. ✅ No Supports Required ✅ Great With or Without an AMS The model is optimized for a simple filament change at a specific height. You don't need an Automatic Material System (AMS) to achieve the striking two-tone look shown in the photos. ✅ Lightweight & Wall-Friendly Despite their generous size, the panels remain surprisingly lightweight. Medium (M) ~100 g Small (S) ~ 75 g This makes them ideal for mounting with standard removable adhesive strips, double-sided tape, or mounting putty. No drilling required.   Print Settings Orientation: Print flat on the build plate Supports: Not required (0%) Layer Height: 0.20 mm Infill: 10% (Gyroid or Grid recommended) Material: PLA, PLA+, PETG Looks especially great with matte, silk, or dual-color filaments.   🎨 Two-Tone Look Without AMS To recreate the appearance shown in the photos without an AMS, slice the model at 0.20 mm layer height and add a pause or filament change at: Height: 3.2 mm Layer: 16 Simply switch to your accent color and continue printing.   Included Sizes Medium (M): 194 × 168 mm (13 mm thickness) Small (S): 165 × 143 mm (13 mm thickness) Both sizes share the exact same proportions, allowing Small and Medium panels to be combined within the same arrangement for added visual depth and variation.   I'd love to see your creations!
