RA3 Rotary Tilt Wedge for xTool F2 Ultra / UV – Wine Glass Engraving   This 3D-printed tilt wedge is designed for the xTool RA3 rotary attachment used with the xTool F2 Ultra / F2 Ultra UV laser. It helps position wine glasses and other tapered glassware at a suitable angle for engraving while keeping the rotary attachment as low as possible to maximize available Z-axis clearance.   **Why I designed it:** When engraving wine glasses and other conical glass objects, the standard rotary setup may not provide the ideal working angle. I designed this wedge to tilt the RA3 attachment while keeping the setup stable, repeatable, and low-profile.   The wedge can be securely fastened to the F2 Ultra base plate from both sides using screws, helping to keep the assembly stable during engraving and preventing unwanted movement.   The RA3 rotary attachment is positioned using two locating pins, providing accurate and repeatable placement. For additional stability, side stops are integrated into the upper section of the wedge.   An important feature of the design is its low-profile wedge geometry. The lower section tapers to an almost sharp edge, allowing the RA3 to sit as low as possible. This helps maximize the limited Z-axis working space while maintaining the required tilt angle for engraving glasses.
