Parametric Modular Tube - Knurled - Any Length

The Quiver, with grip Same tube, same thread, knurled outside. Set the length and the inner diameter, hit Generate. Screw the segments together, cap both ends. Easier to unscrew, and the knurl hides the Z seam. It mixes with the plain version The thread is unchanged, so knurled and smooth parts are fully interchangeable. A knurled cap fits a smooth tube and the other way round.   Wall thickness The knurl cuts 0.8 mm into the outer wall, so the wall in a groove is 0.8 mm thinner than the number you set. At the minimum extra thickness of 0.4 mm that leaves 1.2 mm, about three extruded lines. Fine for storage. Raise extra thickness for a stiffer tube. The Customizer does not carry over plate layout or print settings, and the parts arrive as one merged object. Split to Objects, arrange, then: Brim type: Inner brim only on the segments. None on the caps. Seam position: Back. Sparse infill: 10% Lightning. Gyroid or grid sends the toolhead darting across the part every layer, and on a tall segment that is what tips it over. 0.2 mm layers, 2 walls, no supports, standard PLA. If a segment topples: clean plate, then lower max segment height, then add a brim, then use the support version. Assembly Every segment is identical, so they go in any order and a cap fits either end. A long tube can be rebuilt into two short ones with an extra pair of caps. The thread is 3-start with a detent, so it seats firmly and does not back out. Three seating positions 120° apart per joint. The knurl camouflages the seam, so take whichever feels right. Dry assembly stays adjustable. A drop of glue makes it permanent and stiffer.
