Keychain Generator — Stepped Letters

Personalized name keychain in seconds. Letters alternate tall and low along the name, fused into one solid body on a shared base — no assembly, no glue, no supports. The keyring loop is part of the piece. How to customize Name and font tab — type the name, pick any font from the library (bold, chunky fonts print strongest), and set the letter height (default 26 mm). Keyring tab — loop on/off, hole size (5 mm fits a standard split ring), and wall thickness. Advanced tab — how deeply letters merge into each other, thickness of the tall/low letters and the base, edge rounding, and accent welding. Details that are handled for you Accents and the dots of i / j are automatically welded to the letters so nothing prints as a loose piece — María, Sofía and Íñigo all work. Every letter pair overlaps by the same distance in millimetres, so a wide M never crushes a narrow i the way font spacing tricks do. Top and bottom edges are rounded — nothing sharp to run a thumb along. Tips One name per keychain, no spaces — the piece is a single solid, and a space would split it in two. For two names, print two keychains. If letters ever come out not touching, raise letter overlap in the Advanced tab. If a very thin font looks fragile, raise the short letter thickness — that is the single biggest strength lever. Printing No supports, no brim needed. Prints flat on the bed. 0.2 mm layers, ~30 % infill, PLA or PETG. One colour per piece — print several names in different colours in one plate. Default size: 26 mm tall capitals, ~6.5 mm thick. A 5-letter name is roughly 100 mm wide.
