Parametric Corner Clamp Pads for Bar Clamps

Slide these pads onto your bar clamp jaws and clamp a perfect 90-degree corner with one hand. Print two identical jaw pads and put one on each jaw. The clamp does the rest, holding both boards flush while you glue, nail, or screw.              The model includes a thin test template. Print it first to verify the slot dimensions fit your clamp before committing to the full pads.     Default dimensions fit the Jorgensen EZ Clamp. For any other bar clamp (Irwin Quick-Grip, Bessey, Wolfcraft, Stanley, Harbor Freight, Parkside), measure your jaw with calipers, enter six numbers, and print a set that fits your clamp exactly.     If your clamp has removable rubber pads on the jaws, pull them off first. You need to measure the bare jaw face underneath, not the rubber.       Parameters jaw_height: Height of the jaw pads. Match or exceed your clamp jaw pad height. jaw_pad_width: Width of the bare jaw face. Remove rubber pads before measuring. jaw_pad_thickness: Thickness of the jaw face measured front to back. jaw_neck_width: Width of the narrow neck directly behind the jaw face. jaw_seat_depth: How far the jaw face protrudes from the clamp body behind it. Keep this as low as possible. 10mm works well, 15mm or more will reduce part strength template_height: Thickness of the test piece. Keep it thin (10mm or less) to save filament.       Important notes Use PLA or PETG. 3 walls, 20% infill.  PETG recommended for heavy-duty clamping. No supports needed. DO NOT USE matte or silk PLA for the hooks and brackets. These have significantly weaker layer adhesion and can break under constant load.
