If you want a larger vase, simply scale the model up in your slicer according to your needs. Larger sizes will also make the surface details more prominent. For the physical model shown in the photos, we used Professional Lab PLA SILK – White SILK. The silky finish gives the knitted patterns a subtle shine and helps emphasize the texture of the surface. Design Details The design was created to give the impression of a vase made from knitted fabric. Several different textile-inspired patterns are combined around the body, including braided elements, cable-like sections and smaller woven details. This creates a rich surface without making the overall shape overly complicated.
