Hollow CubeIQ

A brand new hollow version of CubeIQ, my original transforming fidget puzzle. It has the same satisfying movement and ability to twist and fold into loads of different shapes, but with a completely hollow design that gives it a lighter, more open look and makes the movement inside part of the fun. Fold it from a cube into snakes, shapes and patterns, then see if you can work out how to get it back again. Great as a desk toy, fidget or little puzzle to keep your hands busy. Add 15mm magnetic balls! I've also included special print plates designed to pause during printing, allowing you to drop 15mm magnetic balls inside the hollow sections before the print continues and seals them in. This adds extra weight, movement and a really satisfying magnetic element to the CubeIQ. As you manipulate it, the balls move around inside and interact with each other, making this version feel completely different from the standard CubeIQ. There are also plates for printing it without magnetic balls, so you can choose whichever version you prefer. Printing Use the supplied print profiles for the best results. Choose the normal hollow version or the plates prepared for 15mm magnetic balls. The magnet-ball profiles include pauses at the correct points so you can insert the balls before continuing the print. After printing, gently work the joints a few times to loosen them up. If you enjoy the original CubeIQ, give the hollow version a try.
