Key Customization Features Adjustable Dimensions:Thread Length: Smoothly adjust thread length from short machine screws to long threaded bolts. Thread Diameter & Pitch: Set custom metric diameters (M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, etc.) and fine-tune thread pitch for standard or custom fits. Head & Drive Options:Head Styles: Hex head, Socket head (Allen), Button head, or Countersunk. Drive Types: Standard External Hex or Internal Hex (Allen). Matching Nuts & Washers:Generate perfectly paired hex nuts, locknuts, or custom washers with matched tolerances. Adjustable Tolerance / Clearance slider to ensure smooth thread engagement out-of-the-box on FDM printers. Recommended Print Settings Layer Height: 0.12 mm – 0.16 mm (lower layer height improves thread accuracy). Walls/Perimeters: 3 to 4 perimeters for structural strength. Infill: 25% – 100% (use 100% infill for high-stress bolts). Supports: Not required when printed vertically with head on the build plate.
