Hit Customize, type in two measurements, pick a fit, and MakerWorld generates a clip made for your exact bottle and syringe. Children's ibuprofen and acetaminophen, gas drops, cough syrup, pet meds, vitamins – anything with a round body. How to customize Measure the bottle diameter with calipers on the straight part of the body, where the band will sit. Measure the syringe barrel diameter (the tube, not the flange). Enter both numbers, choose a fit for each side, and click Generate. Fit options Tight – smooth glass, slick plastic, or when you want the band to stay put while you pull the syringe out. Medium – the tested default. Snaps on with a firm click and holds the syringe without sliding. Loose – soft squeeze bottles, or if you move the clip between bottles often. Custom – set the exact undersize in mm yourself. Both openings are cut slightly under your measurement, so the printed part flexes on and holds under its own spring tension. No glue, no hardware. Printing Material: PETG recommended – it flexes without cracking. PLA works but is stiffer to snap on. ASA/ABS are fine too. Orientation: as generated, flat on the bed. No supports, no brim needed. 0.2 mm layers, 3+ walls. The part is thin, so infill barely matters. Roughly 4 g of filament at the default size. Tips Tapered bottle? Measure exactly where the band will sit, not the widest point. Some syringes taper toward the tip – measure where the clip will grab. Heavy 10 mL syringe? Bump Height up to 18–20 mm for more grip. If a print is a hair too tight or loose, the Custom fit lets you move the grip in 0.05 mm steps. The print profile is the default size (31.4 mm bottle / 6.5 mm syringe – the small gas-drops bottle in the photos). For anything else, use Customize – that's the whole point.
